Phone Card Buyer’s Guide

For calling Italy from the United States I’ve been recommending my colleagues two different phone card companies. The first has a call per minute rate of 1.2¢ for calling a land line and the other starts at 11.9¢ per minute for dialing a mobile number in Italy.

I get a lot of request to make a review about the the phone card company called Phone Card Smile. They are one of the first companies that I started using from the Internet all those years ago (yes I’m old).
